A delivery charge is automatically added to your order when you check out, this varies depending on the type and quantity of items in your cart. Unfortunately we have to charge a delivery fee for items, but we do try to keep this fee to a minimum.
Due to the vast range of product sizes, type and weight of items we use a number of different carrier services from small parcels via Royal Mail to full pallets via pallet network.
There are a few items that we are unable to deliver via carrier and require a personal custom / special delivery from our shop team, please contact us via: firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
Deliveries will be made Monday – Friday between 8am and 6pm (subject to carrier’s availability) a signature may be required in most cases. We would advise that you provide a delivery address where you are able to receive goods during this time to avoid any delay in receiving your order.
We aim to dispatch all goods within 48 hours of receiving your order, subject to availability. Occasionally items may not immediately be available – we will notify you of this by email and back-order the unavailable item for delivery at a later date at no extra charge, if you want the rest of your order immediately please get in touch with us via email@example.com
We are currently only able to accept online orders delivering to the UK and Ireland, if you require delivery to Europe or rest of World, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to place an order.
If placing an order with no card payment method available and submitting a Purchase Order number, an invoice will be raised and emailed to the contact details which have been provided by you at checkout. Payment is required in full prior to goods being dispatched.
